How to reset your password
If you can’t sign in to your Mote account, you can reset your password.

On the Sign In form, click Forgot your password?.

Enter your Mote handle or your email address.
You must use the email address you signed up with.

Follow the link in the email you receive.
The link you receive expires after a limited time. If the link you follow has expired, you’ll need to start the process over.

Choose a new password, then click Change password.
- You must enter new your password twice to ensure you have entered it correctly.
- Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
We handle your password securely, but other sites may not. For this reason we recommend using a unique password you do not use to access other sites or services. Ideally, use a secure password manager that can generate and store a secure password for you.
When you have successfully reset your password, you will see a confirmation message. Click Continue to go to your Stories dashboard.
